Wholegrain and our Large Language Models (LLMs) partners (OpenAI and Anthropic) do not train models on data captured by the Wholegrain system, or use your data for any other purpose.
To safeguard user data and maintain strict access control, our platform employs multi-factor authentication (MFA). This layered security approach requires users to verify their identity through multiple methods, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access. Additionally, robust authorization protocols ensure that users can only access data and resources pertinent to their roles and responsibilities.
Our platform is designed with privacy at its core, utilizing separate containers to manage information. Each project, even within the same organization, is isolated to maintain focused collaboration and stringent access control. These containers are created for each project, ensuring that data remains compartmentalized and secure.
Access to these isolated containers is managed by unique encryption keys, which are created per container and owned exclusively by the container creator. This means that even within the same organization, data integrity and confidentiality are maintained, as access is strictly controlled and monitored.

Wholegrain staff do not have access to container keys, ensuring that client data is encrypted with different keys from those used by administrators.
